Three black and white photographic prints (one an oval print) of two girls taken in front of the south side of the Winnetka Congregational Church building (known in 2015 as Children's Chapel) at intersection of Pine and Lincoln Streets. Collection of these photos identifies the event as the Shakespeare Tercentennial Festival circa 1915 or 1916. One girl is dressed as a fairy queen (Betty Rogers) with her fairy assistant (Marion Montgomery). The three photographs are copies that depict the same or similar images. |
